We want you to love what you ordered, but if something isn’t right, let us know. You may exchange the product for another colour, a different size, or an entirely new style.
In the unlikely event that any product you have ordered from us is not received in good condition—is damaged or defective, or if Product delivered is different from what you had expected—you may return or exchange the Product. For the process of return or exchange, the product should be unused and in the same condition as you received it and in its original packaging along with original tags. The exchange is valid within 15 days from the date on which these goods were delivered. We do not return or exchange gift certificates, jewellery, bags and sunglasses once dispatched, unless it is a manufacturing defect.
Returns are not valid on discounted Product.
We do not offer Product exchanges on orders shipped internationally. In the unlikely event that any Product you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if Product delivered is different from what you had expected, please reach out to us at email@example.com within 48 hours of receiving the order. Our representative will guide you on this matter.
We do not accept any damage complaints after 15 days of receiving the shipment. So please make sure you report the matter to us and dispatch the product at the earliest once we accept the return request. Kindly do not dispatch the products before receiving a “Return Accepted” confirmation email from us
Note: there might be return duties/taxes applicable, so kindly do not ship anything back to us. We won’t be liable to pay the duties/taxes arises on the return shipment.
